Business Overview:
MiiR is a Seattle-based, premium lifestyle brand and certified B Corporation that designs and sells sustainable stainless steel drinkware, bags, and accessories.
Problem Statement:
MiiR’s seasonal & custom product lineup is growing. They needed the navigation and key product experiences updated to accommodate these upcoming additions.
Business Goal:
Ensure both B2B and D2C users are able to find products without friction before, during, and after launch of the new navigation and introduction of products.

My first step was auditing the existing site structure and identifying opportunities in the competitive market. I was seeking to understand how customers find products.

The initial focus was on identification of key page types (CLP’s PLP’s PDP’s), and how MiiR can add to in the future.
Wireframes
All of the screens and experiences that were impacted by the navigation update were redesigned.
